Description
Old Thailand opium scale, circa early ninteen century. Equal Arm Balance Opium scale with metal pans in a Hand carved decorated wooden box. Beam is made of forged metal and is 4.25 inches, pans are 1.75 inches each. Case is 7.25 inches x 3.5 inche. The pans and beam has tiny rust, though over all the scale is in excellent condition for the age.
The scale box hand carved with two elephants facing each other. surrounding with beautiful carved pattern and hand made color glasses. A really delicate old scale for collect purpose.
