Description
Antique Japanese 19th century cast iron tetsubin teapot. A large Japanese cast iron Tetsubin kettle with lid, handle and spout. Fair condition with old iron wear. The inside of this iron teapot is rusted. It is better to be used as a decoration rather than to be used for boiling water. Simple design last through time. Beautiful wave pattern and birds surrounding outside of the pot. Original collector got it from Japan in the 60-70th. One of a kind.
