Description
Old blanket chest from Korea Late 1800s. The piece is wooden with complete beautiful metal accents. The front of the piece drops down to expose the large storage section. The center metal piece on the chest which connected the upper door to the bottom chest indicated a house temple scene. The character on the butterfly shape metal is “福”, which means blessing.
