Hand carved hard wood Foo Dogs, also known as Fu Lions, Shi Shi. Great carving throughout the lion facial expression. So is the mane on the foo dog’s back. Due to the old age and/or the condition of the previous preserve condition, the lion has a lightly crack at the base, as shown in the picture.
One lion piece and one of a kind.
