Handmade Chinese shell inlay jewelry box. With hand painted white garden scene. Hand carved and painted shell made up as the ladies and their dress, both in front and on top of the box. There are etched brass on every side of the box. A rare seen Chinese shell inlay box with hard wood painted in red. Which has a top storage area, and three drawers inside the doors. An old heavy Chinese red jewelry box, as well as a decorate countertop piece.
