Antique Durga Marble

Description

This sculpture depicts the Hindu god Durga, the restorer of the universe, atop his lion. This Murti sculpture has been used in worship in a temple in India. Hindu priests call the god’s spirit into the Murti which can then be used to communicate with the Gods. Measures 24″ tall and 16″ wide
