Life size hand made, Hand-painted Tossakan Ravana Mask. Tossakan Ravana, the king of Lanka. Made from layers of papier-mache and plaster. Gold leaf and colored glass are applied to elaborate the tiara or crown and facial details are painted on. A very delicate work of Thai Khon Mask. Circa 1940’s. Originally owner purchase in the 60’s from Thailand. This piece is in great condition. One of a kind.
